Our Quality Construction Process

This phase includes continuous monitoring and interaction. We monitor to ensure we have the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery, and work closely with the potential homeowner to create their vision.

This phase include  weekly on-site visit, oversee quality control, ensure contractors perform per specifications, coordinate permits inspection required by  locally government  entity.    We will also monitiring of budget and schedule, along with other contractor in this construction phase. 

This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections, and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
